A Mother’s Day Surprise
I am so fortunate to be a part of Pinay Mommies Community. All the wonderful mommies there are so generous. And I am not just talking about material things here. From blogging tips, to online business opportunities, and anything and everything about being a ‘mom’. No topic is ‘mundane’ or irrelevant, if there is something that you need to ask or if you need to hear the opinions of other moms, then mommies from PMC are more than willing to help. If you have something to share without fear of being judged, then PMC is the best community to be in.
In celebration of Mother’s Day, PMC had its Mother’s Day Card project, wherein each mom is assigned to send Mother’s Day Card to another mom. What makes it exciting is that we are not allowed to reveal the name of the mom who’s assigned to us.
Anyway, I received my card (with a couple of tokens inside) last Saturday morning, just in time for Mother’s Day. My secret mommy turned out to be sis Leira Pagaspas of Pagaspas Family Blog.
What made the card extra special is the fact that it was made by her daughter Adee. Mommy Leira said that Adee was so excited about making the card — from the materials, to the design, it was all Adee’s.
Thanks Mommy Leira (and Adee, of course), you made my Mother’s Day extra special.
